How to renew your DPWH Materials Engineer accreditation
Materials Engineer accreditation renewal
When renewing your DPWH Materials Engineer accreditation, you can renew it by going to the DPWH Regional Office in your place or if you like, you can directly go and renew your accreditation at the Bureau of Research and Standards (BRS).
In my experience, filing the renewal of your accreditation in the DPWH regional office will make you have to wait for at least three to six months, while taking it directly to DPWH-BRS at EDSA in Quezon City will take at least a week presuming you have all pertinent documents needed for the renewal.
Documents needed for ME accreditation renewal;
1. Original accreditation certificate
2. Letter of intent
3. Duly notarized affidavit
4. Photocopy of PRC ID
3. Duly notarized affidavit
4. Photocopy of PRC ID

With all the documents in hand, proceed to BRS or your DPWH regional office to file your renewal.

Opinion ko lang to, basta naman po completo yung requirements for renewal at magrenew po thru the DPWH Regional Office eh sila na po ang bahala magdala sa BRS yung mga documents. Pero pag direct na po sa BRS I think mas mainam na personnal ninyo pong dalhin mga requirements.

DeleteSubmit mo lang requirements sa Regional Office sa lugar nio and then sila na bahala mag forward sa BRS. That's exactly what I did. I think three months din bago ko nakuha yung new certificate. Dun ko din nakuha sa Regional Office.

ReplyDeleteBased on my experience wala pa naman akong binayaran sa pagrenew. So i think wala pong fee ang pagrenew. Basta dalhin mo na lang sa DPWH regional office/BRS yung mga required documents for renewal.
Deletekailangan pa po ba sir yung affidavit na hindi ka connected sa government maski me certification of employment ka?or parehas mo kailangan? me and/or kasi nakalagay dun..thanks in advance...
